Villa 3br Tranquility Resort Condo located within Cypress Lakes Resort + Wifi (nothing is more central)
Overlooking the championship golf resort complex, this self-contained luxury retreat apartment offers 3 bedrooms with a georgeous ensuite bathroom, 2nd full bathroom and downstairs toilet. It has a light filled living area, air-conditioning and large sunny entertaining balcony and relaxing views to the mountains and/or resort complex.
Visit the nearby Pokolbin wineries and superb restaurants, stroll to the nearby Health Retreat & Spa, or be challenged on the fantastic choice of local golf courses, including this Cypress Lakes and the new Greg Norman designed, The Vintage.
Self contained with Wifi, fully equipped kitchen incl oven, cooktops, microwave, sink, fridge etc. Linen provided to 5 star standards.Perfect for 2-3 couples, and can even squeeze in some kids or big kids on the sofa bed (not all have sofa bed) if needed.
One night stays accepted within 1-5 days and (subject to a cleaning charge). Health & Day Spa, Restaurants and facilities just a short walk away. Sleeps 6 people.
Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.
Fires and Firewood : If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced.
Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.
Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.
This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial enquiry through to your departure and everything in between.

Highly recommend this place - loved it. The view from the balcony was great - we saw kangaroos and lots of greenery as far as the eye can see. The villa is about 8 mins away from the resort so nice and peaceful but also easy access to all the facilities if you want them. Kids loved the pools and the staff at the resort are nice and chilled - and we loved the view water backdrop from the pool area... Lovely and close to lots of wineries - we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful villa next to the hunter valley garden and everything was fantastic including checking, size of the villa, amenities and so much more! Everyone one of us had a great time staying at cypress lakes resort! Would definitely come back again and recommend to everyone!

Stunning Villa inside opens onto a sun drenched verandah overlooking the gold course. I reckon we had one of the best views in the village. Attention to detail has obviously been paid highly with this Villa in terms of its furnishings and finishing touches by the owners. Very clean and well presented, Couldn't fault it. Great for groups of friends or family as 2 of the bedrooms split into 2 single beds which was a blessing for our girls trip - saved any argument of someone sharing! Weekenda looked after us well so we have no hesitation in recommending their service and this gorgeous accommodation.

Very pleased with our choice for this recent trip. Villa Tranquility offers more than just your standard hotel. The space is well thought out and very comfortable for a group of 6. Loved the balcony in the sun! We had lunch at Muse which was simply divine. No hesitations in returning again and again.

A beautiful villa to relax in! We had a really great wine tour during the day and then enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. The villa was tidy, beds were very comfortable and the Weekenda team were friendly!
