Both the Tabitha Homestead and Cottage include a fully self contained kitchen, with a verandah that wraps around the house, covered in Hunter Valley vines for you to enjoy the afternoon sun with a glass of Hunter Valley wine! The Homestead has 4 bedrooms that consist of 3 x Queen beds and 2 x singles and the 2 bedroom Cottage has 1 x Queen bed and 2 x Singles, sleeping up to 14 guests for the whole family to enjoy or just perfect for a group of friends for a getaway!
The Minimum Booking price is based on up to 12 guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter in the required number of guests. Any guest number reductions are non-refundable.
Only 5 minutes to the nearest Vineyard and 6kms to the local shops of Cessnock for everything you'll need for that perfect Weekend Away. The Hunter Valley Gardens are located a comfortable 20 minutes away with some of the best restaurants in NSW located within 10 minutes!
Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.
Fires and Firewood : If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced.
Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.
Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.
