Situated in the award winning Cypress Lakes Golfing Resort, our selection of privately owned and managed Villas offer comfort, style and ease. Conveniently located in the heart of the Hunter Valley Vineyards and countryside, expect to be in awe from the amazing views (from most Villas) within and around the resort grounds and beyond to the local farms and mountain ranges surrounding the valley.

Try your hand at golfing through the Pro Shop and chance your luck at clearing the Lake on the 9th Hole. Explore multiple vineyards in the immediate area or just relax on your private balcony with a sampling from the local vineyards and wineries. Take a day trip to the east of Lovedale to explore the Werakata National Park or meander south-west towards Wollombi to enjoy the prize of nature in the Aberdare State Forest or Yengo National Park. Take a breath and soak in that OMG! moment.

Overlooking the championship golf resort complex, Cypress Lakes, we offer a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom privately owned & managed Villas to sleep large groups of up to 18 guests.

Our Villas are well appointed with fine detailing throughout all rooms offering comfort and style in a luxurious setting.

Each Villa is decorated slightly different but all offer the same features and facilities. King beds in each room (some can be split into singles on request), spacious bathrooms, sumptuous lounge areas and large verandas with views either over the golf course or into the luscious bushland setting.

To sleep 18 guests we will provide either 3 x 3 bedroom Villas OR 1 x 3 bedrooms Villa plus 3 x 2 bedroom Villas within the Cypress Lakes Resort complex - this is at our sole discretion and subject to availability. We do however endeavour to meet any specific requests. Each Bedroom sleeps a maximum of 2 guests.

We will attempt to locate your group in Villas as close as possible to each other subject to availability.

Please note: the pictures depict varying examples of the Villas you will be reserved into.

Our Villas offer the perfect solution for large groups looking for comfort and style all located in the heart of wine country.

These villas are privately owned and managed. Securing a reservation through Weekenda at Cypress Lakes affords unlimited access to the public bar & restaurant and the Owners Hillside Pool only. It does not at any time afford access to the resort run pool or gym. Rounds of golf and tennis court hire can be arranged directly through the Pro Shop.

How We Price: The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.

Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO

Guest Amenities: We are Eco-Friendly - to help reduce wastage, we supply a single bottle of 3in1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers. In addition, guests are advised to bring their own personal preferred bathroom products/amenities and free Wi-Fi.

Pools: Weekenda guests have unrestricted access to the Owners/Hillside Pool located on the corner of Chardonnay Terrace & Vintage Avenue. Weekenda Private Villas are not afforded access to Oaks Managed Resort facilities which include the resort/lagoon pool, tennis courts and gym. The Owners/Hillside pool is open for swimming from the start of the NSW September School Holidays and closed immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays have been completed.

No Party Policy: All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. This property is in a Residential Area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy and may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. We hate to have to note this but the reality is that so far this year we have had to evict 3 groups for overstacking/bad/anti-social behavior.

Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved in writing with Weekenda staff. Simply put, if Mum and Dad want to come over for a BBQ then we are likely to approve. If 10 extra people want to stop by we are unlikely to approve, which could put your booking at risk. We will always try to be reasonable with reasonable people within property constraints and House Rules.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: Please note that it is highly likely that we have installed a WiFi Security Camera at the Front Entrance (and sometimes rear of the property) We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2022/2023

Guest Registration / ID Check : Weekenda requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.

Insurance: As always, but ever so more due to recent times, we strongly encourage any holidaymakers to obtain a very inexpensive 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations, Covid or Medical and Other Emergencies for which we don't provide refunds, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions irrespective of the reason. We suggest reviewing policies with 'Cover-More' or 'Travel Insurance Direct' or 'Insureandgo'
