The charming cottage, equipped with a full kitchen, cool air-conditioning and free WiFi, is the perfect spot to truly unwind while visiting the Hunter Valley. There is so much wildlife you will be staying with including kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, kookaburras, lyrebirds and more!

Enjoy the warm summer air without the burn by relaxing out on the covered verandah and cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ! You won't be far from the action, as a short drive will take you through the picturesque region and to the doorstep of wine country.

Facilities: Wallaby Cottage is a self-contained house with three bedrooms and an open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 2 queen-sized double beds, and a bunk room equipped with tri-bunk and single. The kitchen is fully equipped and tea and coffee, linen and towels are provided for your stay. A shuttle bus for concerts picks up from nearby.

This property offers accessible areas being a bank entrance ramp, single level bathroom rails suitable for use with standard size wheelchairs and walkers. Please note: whilst these features are present we disclose that they may or may not fulfill Australian building standards.

Linen Supplied - This property supplies all linen - full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay.

The Minimum Booking price is based on up to 6 guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter in the required number of guests. Any guest number reductions are non-refundable.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.

All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this property is in a residential area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy.

Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.

Fires and Firewood : If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced.

Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.

Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.
